I think one of the speakers commented that they used the DWSRF to fund lead replacement on private property. Did this include yard piping on private property only or did it include replacement inside homes as well? Also, is this eligible in every region of the EPA? I'm interested in knowing if Reg 6 is OK with Texas doing this in its DWSRF program?
